Hello, guys. This will be a proof of life post, so feel free to skip it. See you next Monday. Bye T_T

Seriously though, I  don't have anything exciting to share so I decided to just make a quick proof-of-life post and get back to work.

Sakura Wars GB. Over the week I decided to give Sakura Wars on GameBoy Color a try. I am playing the version translated to English by the fans and I enjoy the game a lot. The only other SW game I ever played was the latest one on PS4. It looked like fun so I bought it on PSN only to give up on it after a couple of hours. It had fantastic unreal-engine graphics, but the game itself felt completely uninspired and soulless. But this (GameBoy version) somehow pulled me in from the first seconds. It has very simple yet addictive gameplay loop that makes you want to keep on playing. Anyway, this was supposed to be a short post. Moving on. (P.S. The game looks fucking fantastic on a PSP screen).

The work. Like I already mentioned before I am (for the most part) done with all the major elements and scenes. But that means that I constantly encounter minor events or messages that were left at the placeholder stage previously. So basically I am felling in the blanks now and small stuff between big events and such. It takes much longer than anticipated, but there is no way around it.

That is all I have to say. I will see you all next week.

Hey, still glad to hear from you! Nothing exciting in this neck of the woods either (Canada) besides snow, wind, and work, so soldier on and know you're not alone in the lack of news!

Damn, good that you are alive. I love emulating gameboys on PSP, it fits way too well. Take care Aka.

Never been to Canada but I hear the climate there is nice. Cold climates helps to keep people closer to the reality, and so does the work. Stay strong brother.

I know!!! GBA looks fantastic on my old gpSP emulator for PSP. Back in the day I used to play a lot of URBz and SIMS on that thing :)
