Already watched on YouTube, great video

Are we getting any update on The Boys? Anything at all?

Anzac-A1

Am I the only one who thinks that Lucifer's part of the first song was a lot like the Genie's song in the Cave of Wonders in Aladdin? The original Aladdin, obviously.

Anzac-A1

In case anyone didn't get the reference, Lucifer playing the gold violin is a reference to "The Devil Went Down To Georgia". Lucifer even plays badly, just like the Devil does in the song.

Did anyone notice goth Charlie in a picture lol

if you're in a pissing contest and you have nothing to say but fuck you, I'm sorry but you lost.

Nemasis Demarini

Something that I wanted to point out, that a good couple of people don't seem to know. Lilith is literally only second to Lucifer, in Hell, and Lucifer could quite likely kill every demon on his own. No one demon could kill her on their own, and Alastor definitely isn't the type to get help, even if he would need it. So if he had gone after Lilith, he likely would have died, or worse.

Winter Turnip

Am amazed how you can make an amazing show more fabulous with your commentary and reactions♥️

Theory time…Alastor is owned by Lilith, when husk said he’s on a leash, she seems to be the only one powerful enough to own his soul…it explains why there’s some beef between him and Lucifer, and why in general he’s helping Charlie….also Lucifer is THE Jeremy Jordan aka jack from newsies

Anyone else catch that 50K line 🙃🙃🙃

Trevor Appel

Lucifer is so obsessed with ducks he gives me Hugh Neutron vibes from Jimmy Neutron

Anzac-A1

I think Sir Pentious was a British military officer, probably late-19th century. The way he immediately called Lucifer "Your Majesty", and his use of "We're under siege!"really gives me that impression.

Domier

This may be my own opinion but how come lucifer couldn't just directly get in contact with God himself knowing hazbin hotel he would've likely been the type of grandfather to hear out just about anything Charlie requested?

Serpentking789

Alastor really said "I'm the dad who stepped up" right in front of Lucifer.

Anonymous

god is the main thing that has me curious as they are also not mentioned in Charlies opening story although given that Adam was made in his image I'm slightly worried about their potential personality

Domier

I didn't even think about that if the same concept applies he might be worse then Adam, holy shit

Icy

I'm on team Alastor he is right after AD for my favorites. But I have to know what do him and Lucifer have against each other

Icy

Want to point out it seems Alastor was able to kill Overlords or at least put them in a permanently damaged state with his own power and no holy weapons

Zane

If she lost interest she should make a post and update people? I don't understand your reply

Brandon Fisher

i love the picture of goth charlie

Jared K Gonzalez

that little pissing contest between Alaster and Lucafer, oh boy I haven't laughed that long or hard it a while. What a wonder first impression for eachother.

Cameron Sunken

More then Anything is an incredible song. Had to see your reaction as soon as I finished watching the episode myself.

Depressed Duck Daddy

I love this version of Lucifer - a bit of a goof (He's basically Charlie but jaded) who's just seen every dream he's had come crashing down and has lost all hope. My guess is Lilith adapted wonderfully to Hell and embraced the demon side of things while Lucifer, still being an Angel (albeit fallen), just can't accept the evils of the Demons and Sinners. This contrasting view of Hell alongside Lucifer's depression and disillusionment probably led to her leaving him and, likely, keeping Charilie away from her dad (as we saw in the backflash) which contributed to the distance between them - Lucifer probably being too awkward and wrapped up in his own misery to find a way to connect until this episode. The ducks I think are an obsession because of the memory in the backflash with kid-Charlie. They probably remind him of his daughter which he's lost any real connection with. I'm wondering if Lucifer and Lilith pushed Heaven too far in the past (perhaps trying to achieve what Charlie is trying to do now) which led to the exterminations in the first place. I'm hoping Lucifer is back in the finale and he's not just a 1-episode character. As for Alastor's Leash my belief is that it's Lilith and he's been ordered to look after Charlie - maybe not her dream (I'm not sure how much Lilith would care about redemption) but at least keep her daughter safe. Alastor's beef with Lucifer is probably either: 1) He's on Lilith's leash and Lucifer reminds him of that so he's being petty. or 2) Alastor is used to being the powerful being in the room but none of his intimidations or threats would have any affect on Lucifer (who is so far above him in power that it's probably laughable) so he asserts his dominance by getting under his skin by feigning a father-daughter relationship with Charlie. The Hierarchy of Hell roughly goes: - Lucifer - The King of Hell & a Fallen Angel - Lilith - The Queen of Hell & the 1st human woman - Charlie - The Princess of Hell & heir-apparent to the throne - The Seven Deadly Sins - Satan is the Sin of Wrath. Lucifer is actually also a Sin being the Sin of Pride. There's 7 - one for each Deadly Sin. - The Demons of Ars Goetia - e.g. Prince Stolas from Helluva Boss. - Overlords - Demons (Mostly sinners but I believe it'll be shown in the show that some Hellborn are amongst their ranks) who own enough souls to be powerful enough to rule over parts of the Pride Ring. - Sinners - Demons who used to be Humans. - Hellborns - The various species of Demon such as succubi. - Lowest class Hellborns - These are Demons like Imps and Hellhounds who make up the bottom of Hell's society So the Overlords are all significantly far below Charlie nevermind Lucifer himself. Just my random guesses - who knows what'll end up being!

One of my favourite things in this episode is how Charlie is doing the crazy thread board meme that Charlie from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia was doing That is to say, that the meme references are always part of the plot and not something that distracts from the scene Both scenes can be summarised "Charlie overthinking things"

Anonymous

Power he might have gotten from Lilith in exchange for a leash, perhaps? Just a thought.

Anonymous

Lucifer pulling Charlie away from the imaginary angelic weapons and the look of sheer horror on his face in that scene at the beginning of More Than Anything singlehandedly made this episode for me and made Lucifer my favourite character in the Hellaverse, hands down. It used to be Stolas, and I still love that owl, but Lucifer is just such a vibe. Lucifer, Stolas … I have a type, it seems, hahahaha.

Zerodeus

"Your daughter calls me daddy too," but less creepy

FranklyHam

Due to the fact Al and Lilith dipped 7 years ago at the same time, many people believe that is a connection. Maybe Al is on Lilith's leash, and he is tasked with watching over Charlie. Given Lilith's and Luci's separation, she may have warned Al to watch out for Lucifer.

Anzac-A1

God has literally not even been mentined once, in either HB or HH.

Anzac-A1

Pretty sure Lucifer playing the golden violin is a reference to "The Devil Went Down To Georgia".

Virtuous_Wanderer

I watched this in discord with some friends. I had to pause and have a gut laugh at that bit.

Virtuous_Wanderer

The reply makes sense to me. I personally don't care for the boys. Should she give an update if she decided to drop it? I don't think it matters, it would be considerate but not needed

Zane

Your personal opinions literally mean nothing in this instance, it’s common decency to the people who spend money for her content.

Silver Raven

It was a fiddle, tho I ain't smart enough to know the difference.

Elias Cristerna

Man, Charlie in the beginning really looks like she needs to talk about Pepe Sylvia.
