I'll second the suggestion of "The Big Sleep", but also "To Have and Have Not" with the first paring of Bogart and Bacall is fabulous as well, with lots of stellar dialogue.

If Simone has seen When Harry Met Sally as the recent poll indicates, (not sure how long ago) she has forgotten Harry and Sally were discussing this movie in the car before the "great sex" conversation in the cafe, not to mention the "high maintenance" conversation on the phone later in the movie. Undoubtedly when they react to that film, it will spark her memory.
