they definitely ripped of Infernal Affairs but The Departed is still soooo good

The Departed is an interesting adaptation as well as being fun in its own right. Lucky Number Slevin is also fun. I remember the last time I watched it there were some jokes that maybe hadn’t aged well. My alts: Miller’s Crossing Gone Baby Gone

I just finished watching the Batman reaction and both The Departed and The Untouchables felt like they should have been in the conversation.

Too many great movies in one poll! LUCKY NUMBER SLEVIN is my fave here but underrated/hidden gems don’t win polls, they’re too underrated and hidden. Also, votes aside you *have* to check out DEATH PROOF eventually as Tarantino completionists (also it’s a hell of a lot of fun). Maybe next October since it’s his version of a 70s horror movie?
