Some people may prefer Scarlett, the Baroness, Zarana, or even Jinx, but to me the javelin-tossing, slightly flirty Ms. Jaye was best girl. Seems some show writers agreed, given the times she wound up in revealing or even missing clothing from time to time.

I confess that as a 54 year old that watched tons of cartoons through the 80's.. yea.. she was my favorite of the handful of female Joes from said series.. ( and I DO think the joke on how "hot" it is where she's stationed at.. hehee.. so hot even the barrel of her tank is wilting... yea.. she was the most fun of them, I think! )

I always felt Scarlett and Lady Jaye were utterly interchangeable: two token female Counter Intelligence specialists who favoured seemingly archaic weapons with various specialized functions and had a romance with the feature field leader. The only reason why the latter was featured more in the regular series was that she was the newer action figure to promote.
