I might like for delta or Nu to add an exception rule for the new overlord. This rule is only enacted for instances that should any offensive parties make her cry or angry, the newest boss is allowed to skip all previous forms and transform into nightmare mode to really punish the fool.

I'm pretty sure from Mharia’s reaction when she saw him that he has that ability already and is just pretending to be cute like the rest of her monsters. From 139: It rose above her and its black eyes ignited in sickly yellow flames as the skull filled and cracked. It stared down at her, with a long serpentine body dripping with such potent necromantic energies than even Mharia once possessed. Delta turned around and the skull was just a skull, the image of the dangerous being gone like a mirage she had wandered too close to.
