What would you like this month? (Patreon)

So as always I will send out April recordings on May 3rd, after payments are processed.  SO the question is, what would you like? Vote below! 

Many of my ideas come from patrons commenting or messaging me with ideas. This month a patron mentioned an interesting idea for a file for those who cannot wet themselves. A file that makes you feel like you've wet yourself, without actually wetting. I like this idea and included it in the poll! 

One patron also mentioned the idea of a strict mommy punishing you if you act like an adult, which is also like.
