What kind of punishment should you receive? (Patreon)

Hello Hypno Fans! In response to my most recent post, one of the most popular choices for the monthly hypnosis topic was:  Strict age regression + Punishment if you act like an adult. 

My question is what kind of punishment sounds most exciting? I mentioned in a previous post, that spanking is a very common way to punish someone who is misbehaving. Being locked into diapers with lockable clothing, put in a time out in a crib, or not being allowed to eat adult food are all punishments that come to mind. Perhaps, being put into baby clothes as a reminder that you are actually a big baby?

Being forced to crawl always sounds like fun, then I remember I'm not a child and crawling is painful. Plus I don't clean my floors well enough :P

Forced to sit quietly and suck my thumb while my caregiver does something adult would also be fun.

Being put in extra thick diapers, and forced to drink lots and lots of mommy's "magic tea", and put to bed early. When woken up to find diaper is soaked, diaper change is denied until the diaper leaks

I do love predicament type scenarios for punishment. Maybe the “baby” is caught not wearing their diaper. Mommy may decide that baby can go the day without a diaper. While on an all day outing with no potty privileges. This day includes a healthy amount of water and possibly suppositories.

..... or the baby is wearing something along the lines of a diaper and a pampers tshirt while friends come over. Activities such as “feeding the baby” or diapers changes may ensue. Like always, babies don’t get privacy.

I’m a fan of baby food and formula. Not the stuff itself, but the forced nature of it.

Maybee being forced to wear adult clothes, then made to wet and mess (suppositories? lots of water?) in them until I accept i need/want diapers?

A stent, and hollow plug diapered laying face down while diaper is filled feeling a gentle pat and encouragement to use my diaper as the baby I will be becoming.
