Before he became a chubby kindhearted public servant, mister mayor was a pro footballer, and was quite large. And dumb. I think when he was younger he was somehow dumber... but it may just be that he was more relaxed, rather than less intelligent. His body shape fluctuates a bit, he's a large man and he loves to eat... but he does get chiseled occasionally from the strict training.
