Soul Eater (no, literally) (Patreon)

Sometime in 2023 I sketched this boy and then forgot about him. I do remember him and the idea I had very well, though. It was VERY silly. I was pondering the creation of another football team, this time comprised entirely of demons who became fascinated with the sport (this was kind of before I really started delving into my current "demon" lore, with the hellhound family) and decided to participate in the mortal world. This boy in particular, a weasel, was a prodigy. His whole thing is challenging certain schools to a game and when they experience a crushing defeat, he absorbs their soul! Leaving them an empty husk.

It's a bit much, and not something I want to really insert into my world of horny football playing jocks, but I also do love the idea. I also really like this design, looking back on it. He's a little hottie. There is room for him, somewhere, even if his cruel soul eating would be nixed. Petrol is the only other football weasel I have, and he's no longer playing or in an educational environment... so the void is there to be filled. In general the idea of a quarterback ermine is cute to me. A smaller creature playing such a tough guy role. I think this guy in particular was a least weasel.

Even without the soul sucking, he'd definitely be a bad boy and have a mean streak. Probably gets into fights with other players...
