Last month I actually managed to leave Russia for a week @_@ I've made a trip to Sweden! It was pretty nice though exhausting af. I needed to visit it cause it is one of the places Ive applied at, also really wanted to make an European bank account but it seems impossible for me for now ;_;
Well the issue to travel from Russia now you know - no airplanes fly to Europe or USA or many other destinations. You might ask - why not go by car or bus? Hehe, well...It is currently prohibited to leave Russia by earth @_@ Russian gov made this rule due covid (??) and it still works. Anyone can enter but you cant leave, only if you are not the member of Russia or have SERIOUS reasons. Traveling - is not the reason of course.

Soooo to get to Sweden I took tickets to Turkey first cause we still can go there by plane. And needed to spend 2 days there waiting for the next plane. It was pretty awesome I must say, I was in Turkey for the first time and it turned out MUCH better than Ive expected. Really cool country, tho was very hot and I got sick ;_; Like REALLY HARD. I went from 8C from Moscow to 32C in Turkey and then again to 11C in Sweden - and it broke me. I was coughing so hard I was afraid I will be departured back home immediately x_x Two friends of mine suggested their place for me to stay, and it was very nice! They also have 2 ragdoll cats and it is soooo awesome! They have helped me a lot and EVEN managed to take me to the Sonic 2 movie!! I am a HUGE Sonic fan and I was sooooo sad and disappointed that it was cancelled in Russia...And I could see it in the cinema in Sweden! Such great memories <3 My friends did a lot for me! And I passed them the cold i got x_x  Lol, I was so ashamed xD Hope they are not mad at me, tho they called me to come back in the future so I guess they are okay, hopefully  hahaha

The way back was MUCH HARDER damn. The issue was - i needed tickets. And some of those I couldnt buy with my credit card cause Russia is sanctioned. So I have asked my friends to buy a ticket for me, the one from Estonia to ST. Petersburg. And yeah, they live in Gothenburg so i visited this city. But there were no flights from Gothenburg  to Tallinn soooo I needed to get a ticket to Stockholm first. And spend 12 hours there just waiting for my next flight. Sick and coughing xD Also in Sweden they almost dont have a way to pay with cash!! It was a shock to me. Gladly I could give my cash to friends so they paid for me ;_; Without them I wouldn't be able to buy anything lol. Okay, now Im in Stockholm and in the middle of the waiting Ive realized that Im a dumbo and took the ticket from Tallinn to the wrong date!! And I cant pay for a new one anyhow. Omg I was in panic, still could cry even just remembering this xD But my brother saved me and bought me a ticket x_x Now I owe him money haha will give it back someday when the borders are open...I hope ^^'
After Tallinn I waited a night and then went to the bus which took me in a 7 hours ride to the st Petersburg. Then I waited 6 hours more and got a train to Moscow, which took me 4 more hours and then Taxi to my home which is 2 hours also x_x Gladly taxi in russia is very cheap lol. I wouldnt handle the subway ride after all that stuff.

I was soooo tired omg. Though pretty much delighted. I havent been anywhere for ages and Im glad Ive managed to go to Sweden!

I still need a working credit card though ;( Im thinking if I should go to Belarus and open a bank account there. Not like for a huge summ but just in case if I will need to go or run to EU so I have a way to pay for living for a week or so. Also to pay for software and tickets.

Also something really sad happened in my life this month. I dont really want to speak about cause Its kinda not a place for sad stuff imo ^^ But It hit me hard so I couldnt work as productive as usual. This is also the reason Ive decided to make a background instead of furrysation - it made me more calm and relaxed ^^
I worked with this kind of animation for the first time, if not to count the Elizabeth background which was like super early alpha testing of this method of animating and fully made in wallpaper engine xD
