Yes, that was Corpse Gods father in the dungeon. Miyabi is Hosurogi. Their name was Hosurogi Miyabi. Since they had an intimate relationship she refers to him by his given name not his family name. Also about the Emperor, if you remember earlier in the series, can't remember which episode, I think 1 or 2, Corpse God mentioned there were several contracted spirits that refused to break their contracts with him from the other world. They are the ones the Emperor is referring to whe he says they are waiting for Corpse God to call them. Corpse God also made mention that he hasn't summoned them cause he can't bring himself to face them, and it flashed to the silihoute of the Emperor and several other Shadows.

In that one scene it was the Emperor like you guessed, but the other guy was the Knight Hero guy that had Evil Eye powers like our Corpse God and they had that duel in the 1st episode that caused Corpse God to move to this world.
