Yeah... these 2 episodes were painful. I enjoyed them, of course, but man... that hit me in the feels a bit. I didn't break down, but it was just... depressing yet hopeful. Season 3 when? Enjoy.

Left out Information for FrostNovas Backstory: The Ursus Empire takes inspiration by the udssr, so these Mines who were far away from Civilisation are basically Gulags where they send anyone who is opposed to the Ursus Empires policies or even dares to speak bad about the Government itself. This makes FrostNova's childhood one of the many tragedys that came from this. She was born in a poor family who was sentenced to work in a labour camp in the Northern Tundra due to their opposition of the militaristic policies of the Ursus Empire. Her parents and grandmother were forced to work in inhuman conditions while mining Originium, leading to their Oripathy (they were given no protective Suits or anything else that protects someone from raw Originium). In the meantime, the Ursine soldiers overlooking the mine took pleasure on the persecution of those Infected slave-miners; they let the "Prisoners" draw lots for them and then execute them on the spot if they pulled a black lot. FrostNova's family could not avoid such fate either; her parents were killed when she was five and her grandmother when she was nine. By the time she was eleven, it was her turn to be executed alongside other children in the mine. Her fate seemed to be sealed the moment she pulled the black lot. Just before she was about to be executed by the Ursus soldiers, her Arts awakend and went out of Control for the first time, killing four executioners in the process. While the other soldiers threatened to kill other children, a mysterious band of guerrillas defeated them and rescued the survivors. Their heroes turned out to be Buldrokkas'tee the "Patriot" and his Shieldguard guerrillas Soldiers. He also adopted FrostNova as his Daughter afterwards. Lungmen as a nomadic city is not independent but is a part of Yan, another Terran Country, and located between Kazdel and Ursus. It is governed by the Yan imperial family member Wei Yenwu and acts as a "special economic zone" with greater autonomy such as a largely independent government and economy (Yan is based on China, which makes Lungmen the equivalent of Hong Kong), making it more progressive and open to foreign influences than Yan. The 3 People in Red Hoods are Judicial Censor send from the Yan Government to check how Wei responds to the Reunion threat. Ch´en found a LOT of dead Bodies in the Sewer that the Black Cloaks disposed of down there after they started a purge of the infected population. Since the Yeti Members were infected, there are certain procedures they have to take. They have to place dead infected into an airtight body bag or container and cremate them as fast as possible. More safety measures have to be taken after they are cremated. The end is a bit confusing, but what they meant is that the Core Plate of Chernobog is on a collision course while sending out the identification Code of it belonging to Ursus, which means Wei cant retaliate openly against it or he risks a War between Yan and Ursus since they dont know if Talulah works for the Ursus Government at this Point or she is just doing it to create friction and a big war between these 2 countrys.

As for Season 3, they might announce something next Month..last year they announced Season 2 during a Update Stream for the Game, and they still have some Material left (Season 2 adapted Chapters 4-6 and there are still 2 Chapter left in "Shatter of a Vision" the second Story Arc)

Really glad you've enjoyed season 2! As for Lore videos, Qaiser MLG is a great CC for Arknights content. He did a kind of basis explained series a while back so it could be interesting. As for spoilers, he warns about it normally at the start of the video.
