She was a maid who served Elizabath when she gave up blood to live amongst humans but the Evil vampire (forget his name already) gave her blood during the blood moon 1,000 years ago and she went on a rampage! Mary survived and swore to protect her masters body

To clarify the Gothic Lolita standing on the Cliff is the Blood Queen and the Maid standing next to her is the Vampire Hunter both in the present day as Shadow stopped the rampage when he healed the Blood Queen.
