Just finished the reaction! Hope you continue, the first one was definitely better written but i loved this one too! My personal favorite is scream 4 but they're all great in their own ways.

Glad you decided to watch this one. Yeah. It's not as good as the first one but so many cameos from later big names. Yes, that was Portia as the sorority girl. Also, I don't know if you recognized Mickey the killer. He was in Mando and Boba Fett as the marshall (Cobb Vanth but I know you wouldn't know the name). Also funny you know the other killer as Sheldon's mom but she'll always be Jackie from Roseanne to me. It was funny to me seeing SMG getting killed so easily, knowing her as Buffy but we just have to keep in mind, it's a different role. Plus, she is kind of known for getting killed off in horror movies. Will be intersting too see what you think of the subsequent movies, whenever you get around to them.

SMG was filming Buffy Season 2 while filming this at same time. Cici is a common spelling for the name in the US. In fact there is a Pizza chain called Cici's pizza. When Cici was try to call for security, why didn't she just set off the alarm system, it was right next to her. In Scream 1, Sidney says that if they make a film of her, they'd probably cast someone like Tori Spelling to play her. In this movie they did. I get why someone wouldn't want to shoot at the killer thru the front windshield of the car. The bullet could easily deflect going thru and hit one of the girls in back seat. But why in the hell did he get in front of the car? Any police detective would know to go to the side of car. From side you are in no danger of getting run over and since the window on side was already broken it is safe to shoot killer. After the dumbass cop was killed on hood of car, they clearly showed his gun there on the hood, why didn't Sidney grab that, then lift the hood with gun pointed in the ear of killer. Killer moves, boom. Don't know if you recognized the guy that played the killer, he played Cobb Vanth the Sherriff in The Mandalorian.
