So happy chuck seems to be winning the poll! Cant wait for you to watch season 4! I just realized that the buymore stuff with them going out of business and trying to get all their loyal fanbase to help is meta commentary on the show getting canceled and having the loyal chuck fans save the show. I dont know why i didnt get it before. The buy more blew up! That blows. (I know im not funny) I understand where Ellie is coming from. She just wants Chuck to be safe which i completely empathize with but at the same time it really isnt her decision so im not on either side, im in the middle. YESSS finally hints to the mom. Ive been waiting a bit to see them start that storyline. I dont remember every detail because its been a while since i watched so alot of this stuff i forgot. Yes season 3 has been my favorite season so far.

I think the reason Chuck never flashed before was that version of the Intersect he uploaded when he was like 10 was just a base prototype version from when his dad first began working on it so it probably doesn't really "do" anything but is just a test to see if data can be transferred from encrypted images to a human brain.

I think Shaw was a great villain but your not wrong he did seem to have a big personality change from the earlier in the season to now. But I just took it as after finding out about Sarah and being shot by Chuck, Shaw just gave into all the anger and hate and lost his mind. I also think he should probably have been more obsessed with killing Sarah, but I think he just made Chuck the target of all his rage, possibly the misguided target, but the target nonetheless because Chuck was the one who got in the way and stopped his revenge plans, as well as shooting and nearly killing him. Plus, TV shows gotta TV show, intersect vs intersect, probably sounded like the story they had to do. I get where Ellie is coming from, as mentioned in this episode she raised Chuck, she acts like a parent to him and most parents see you doing something dangerous, they don't want you to do it. Not to mention she didn't have the best introduction to the spy life, being lied to by everyone, being manipulated by a ring agent and watching her father die, don't think any of that really made her warm up to spy life. However, she can't make the decision for Chuck, it's Chuck's decision if he continues to be a spy or not. Although it was also his decision to promise her he was done with the spy life. I think the flashback to Chuck downloading an intersect when he was 10, was a way to show he was special when it comes to the intersect working for him. Which I think the show has hinted at and referenced in the show before, like in season 2 when the experiments were being done by Fulcrum to make their own intersect, they failed for everyone they tried it on until Chuck. So, I feel like maybe the flashback was just confirming that.

I've just finished binge watching the first 3 seasons this month and I love this show. I never knew anybody that had watched it and always thought it was a sitcom for some weird reason, but I'm glad I chose to watch it because I get to hear your and other peoples views on the show. I love how chuck has developed from being just a nerd with the secrets in his head to being a good spy in the field even using his non intersect skills to complete his missions. Although I think that Zachary Levi and Kristin Kreuk had better on screen chemistry and wished she was in the show for a bit longer, I did like Chuck and Sarah's will they wont they story but I'm glad they didn't keep it going for the full show and that their finally together. Casey I think is my favourite character, I've enjoyed everything I have seen his actor in. I like that he is still a tough as nails soldier but has softened enough to go against orders to help his friends even supporting Chuck and Sarah's relationship but still teasing them about it. Also the look on his face when his daughter turns up for dinner at then end man that was a punch right to my felling's but a good punch. I'm curious to see how Ellie handles knowing Chuck was a spy going forward because she had the most brutal introduction to his secret compared to the others and hasn't really seen the good Chuck can do being a spy. And Devon sorry I mean awesome is well awesome. I'm so glad Morgan has grown as a character, at first I was unsure if I would ever like him but I'm happy the writers changed him steadily rather than just doing a 100% personality change over one episode with the character this makes his growth more believable and its good they done this before he found out Chucks spy life secret. He finally won me over when he dropped that detonator, that shit was so funny I rewatched the scene 4 times. Anyway good buy-more, you will not be missed well maybe Big Mike the rest not so much.

2023-08-19 05:44:14 unpopular opinion: i like the buy more stuff sometimes. When it cuts to that part i just see what kind of hyjinx they are up to. I know its not for everyone but its fun for me sometimes.

I also really like when it ties into the main story, it makes it feel more important.I am glad they severely cut down the amount of buy more shenanigans this season compared to the last couple seasons. It made it feel more balanced.
