I LOVED this episode. Probably one of the best ones in the entire series. So much stuff is happening and it just feels so much more epic. I can definitely feel series finale vibes all over this episode with how big in scope and stakes it is which makes sense because every season finale was written as a possible series finale because they were always almost canceled. I love how they are further exploring the story of Caseys daughter and i really like her so far. It was sweet to see that casey has been visiting his daughter off screen for a while now. I like when he shows his soft side. Chucks dad dying is really sad, it completely broke chuck and now you have the entire family out for your head shaw. (Morgan and Awesome are part of the family!) Even if we dont like jeff and lester i do like that the show does treat them as creepy and dangerous instead of posing it as a positive thing. Morgan is really becoming one of my favorite characters now. Hes so funny and helpful. I love how he just swooped in when Alex mentioned Casey and told jeff and lester to go away. I dont find him annoying at all anymore. I really love the ending where Ellie, Devon and Morgan are all deciding whether they want to help and change their lives forever or just do nothing and obviously they chose to help. Im so glad Ellie is now in the know.

oh man the scene when they killed Chuck's father and Ellie's reaction still hit me. such a stand out eposide from the series.

This was a great episode. This episode, along with the one earlier this season when Chuck shot Shaw, Sarah and Chuck officially getting together, great character growth for Morgan and Casey and meeting Casey's daughter, which I think was great, are all reasons why I really love this season. I also think it was great timing to meet Casey's daughter now with all the growth Casey has gone through this season. Chuck's dad getting killed, Chucks reaction, the song choice and then seeing Ellie's reaction, always gets me. Shaw definitely became the worst villain we've had in this show so far with this episode and his overall dickish attitude.

I love this episode! Chuck's problems with his increasingly painful flashes that the governor fixes! Ellie catching Chuck punching out her CIA/Ring agent contact. Then the agent running and leading Chuck into the CIA meeting with Beckman. Shaw showing up at the meeting to discredit Chuck and stating his problems with the Intersect. Then Chuck trying to throw an envelope opener at Shaw to try to prove he has the Intersect too! Casey visiting his daughter at the diner where she works! Casey kidnapping Alex to save her from the bad agent! Alex having self defense moves that make her dad proud! The perfect music 🎶 that adds so much to the sorrow of the moment when Shaw shoots Chuck's dad! Ellie and Chuck's reactions to his death! The cliffhanger of Ellie, Morgan and Awesome setting up to save Chuck, Sarah and Casey from Shaw! This episode is definitely one of the top 10 episodes of the series!

You've had time to sit with it and let it all sink in. The rest of us didn't have time to catch our breath, just the commercial break. Please, please, please keep going with Chuck Season 4 !
