LOL! You had me cracking up when this episode ended, but I am very jealous too. We had to wait Too Long! The vampire teeth are pretty odd this season. I think it's supposed to be because of what Michael did with them. The "improvements" his angel grace gave them. But I don't know who thought that look would be a good idea. Makes them look a bit silly. I wish they'd have had Dark Kia fight Michael with the spear. She knows how to use it better than dean. That was just stupid not to at least ask her to come along. She's already bested Michael with it once. She could have said no, then that would have justified it being Dean using it. I don't know how the backdoor thing works that allowed Michael to regain control of Dean. I think that part of Michael never actually left. That it's been hiding in Dean all this time. So it didn't need permission again. It never left. The only way I can head canon it and have it make sense. And yay for Garth surviving another episode! Like you said, this show has a habit of bringing back characters that have been gone for a while just so they can kill them. Garth has survived another return! He, Jody and Donna are the only ones who have so far.

About the Micheal leaving Dean thing they just hadn't revealed it yet. It's called a mystery. Sometimes things happen and then there is a reveal later on it's not always just spelled out in the episode something happens. Then they explain it like now so they can have something unexpected happen instead of just giving it away before.
