Henderson jumping to conclusion makes sense. If you are in Metropolis and a crooked politician is murdered with two holes burned thru him and scorch marks around them and the holes are very close to eached other.......you aren't gonna start inventing a double-barreled laser guns in your head to justify this, you're just gonna think that Superman finally had enough and killed the fool)

So Lady Eve runs a funeral home. Kinda creepy occupation if you ask me but a good cover as a secret villain. Her scenes with the dead bodies are always cringey tho.

Shan, Amanda Davis was the news anchor on the the news broadcasts the characters would watch. She died from a stroke before the show even premiered, this was the last episode she filmed appearances for. She was actually a real reporter. They film in Atlanta, Georgia, USA and often cast real local reporters to play fictional reporters.

I really appreciate Shan's honesty at the start of this ep - when she says the Australian schooling system is trash, she really means it. My brother and his family moved back to Oz last year. Before moving, the local UK school my niece was in had discussions with my brother about holding her back at least one year because she's been struggling with understanding in almost every subject. She went to Oz and her knowledge and understanding were considered "average to above average" against their expectations. If you take that lowered expectation into account, it's really no wonder that Shan doesn't understand certain things and that her views can sometimes be considered off kilter. It's certainly not intentional, she just doesn't know what she doesn't know!
