When they first introduced cain, crowley said he "became a demon", but they didn't say how. And personally, by the end of that episode, I kinda figured out that was the cost of gaining the mark when dean interrupted what Cain was gonna say it was and took it no questions asked #DEANMON

Eeeee! I'm so excited. Can't wait to see it, but I have to wait until after work. ugh! This finale caught me off guard when I first saw it. I did not really see this coming. Maybe I should have, but I didn't. Seeing him killed by Metatron was enough to kill me. This was just icing on the painful wound.

I think I've watched that Parody more than I've seen Supernatural episodes... And I've watched every episode of the first 11 seasons. So, ya, it's pretty cool.

From what I remember Jensen sort of spoiled the finale with his 'the finale will open your eyes' line or something like that. He sounded really excited and giggly and part of fandom figured out that Dean will open his eyes and they will be black.

I think I kin of remember that. That was before I was on social media, though. I do seem to recall that there was buzz about it, so I may have expected something. But not that. I know that a lot of fan's planned to record their reactions because they heard it would be reaction worthy.

So, now that you are done with Season 9 you can prepare for one of the best Supernatural parodies of all time. Around mid season of season 10 please oh please react to Hollywood Show Productions parody of Supernatural... Not 2, 2 will spoil some from future seasons... But the first one... OMG! That would bee so freaking awesome. Been holding my tongue about it since you started reacting, but now that your heading into 10 it only makes since to mention it, and I'm super sure I'm not the only one.

For the people asking her to react to extra videos, it's unlikely this will happen. She does the official gag reels and that's pretty much the extent of it. The same holds true for just about every show she does. I'm not saying she definitely won't but don't get your hopes up.

I love the long callback to season 3 at the end of this episode. It was the one with the African Dream Root and the boys needing to go into Bobby's dreams to wake him from a coma. One of the nightmares that Dean faced was a mirror image of himself with black eyes shouting "This is what you're going to become!"

I agree with everything you said. At the time I first watched this, Dean's death did impact me. By now, we had a good idea the show would come back for the next season, so I was someone confident that Dean would come back. I was worried that they were making death meaningless. But, they flipped the switch and Dean became a demon! That was a biggie and it really got me. Took me a bit to process, but then I got excited. While also being really worried about what it meant for Dean and his future. I was really interested in what they'd do, so waiting until the next season started was hard!
