I know, we know that Aaron killed Lily but didn't he get acquitted before Duncan had him killed? So a decade later her murder is technically unsolved.

I've enjoyed these first two episodes. That's all I have seem so far and am not in a hurry to see the rest because I had the ending spoiled while watching a baseball game of all things. I won't say more than that. I guess I'll just watch the rest of the season through these reactions. (It gets me more enjoyment out of the reactions at least.)

I'm slightly bugged by the fact that Big Dick and Logan are so chummy when they are golfing. He did see the pictures that showed that Logan was sleeping with his wife (Cordelia). I wonder if they forgot about that when writing this season.

Info about Duncan is revealed in the second Veronica Mars novel Mr. Kiss and Tell. Rob Thomas tweet 98% of the novels are canon.
