Ace is incontinent. He’s become very adept at hiding his diapers at work. Now he has a new secretary and she’s got kids at home. What could go wrong?

Extra Assistance

“Welcome back Susan! Can’t wait to work with you!”

Ace grinned at his new secretary, her own face beaming with the happiness only a first day on the job can bring.

“Thank you so much for giving me the role. I’ve always wanted to work at a company with this standing and…”

“It’s ok, you don’t need to do the spiel now you’re out of the interview” Ace winked “You’re all set up on the system, so I’ll take you to your desk and we can get to work”

Susan stood up, her kangaroo form towering over Ace’s smaller desk. It was always somewhat amusing to him that larger furs would find him intimidating to meet. He guessed it came with the job rather than his size.

“Thank you! I’m sorry if I’m a bit bedraggled this morning, had to get the kids to preschool”

Ace shook his head “Not to worry, you mentioned in the interview you had childcare commitments and we’re very happy to accommodate them. An unironed shirt is no big deal” he smiled, lifting himself from his seat.

A light crinkle, barely noticeable, came from under his pants. The chipmunk reminded himself to adjust his boxers once he was on his own. Wearing diapers had been part of his life forever, but he was always keen to avoid having discussions about it. The only person in the company he’d ever told was his previous manager. She’d since retired, his secret safely stored with her on a sunny island somewhere. A few little jibes about it from her here and there from her in private had been the worst he’d had to endure, and he wanted to keep it that way. He looked up at Susan and checked her expression, the chipmunk not noticing the mothers perked up ears.

“Right, your desk is just outside, you probably saw it on the way in”

Susan followed Ace out the room, the chipmunk leading her to the oak desk that sat a few meters from his office door. His last secretary had left the place nicely organized ready for the next hire and the chipmunk smiled at the neatness of the filing. Susan sat in the chair and started up the computer, grabbing the mouse and adjusting display settings to her liking while Ace shifted to pull his boxers up. A quick tug and everything was nicely snug again before he tucked his shirt back in.

“Everything ok?” he asked

“Oh yes! I’ve worked with all this before, so nothing new to me!” Susan opened up the email application and began to look over some of the settings “I’ll need to change things a little, but I’m sure that’s alright?”

Ace nodded “Of course, as long as everything gets done the job is yours to organize.” he started walking back towards his office “I’ve got a meeting in five minutes, I’ll be back in an hour. Send out an email to the address list on the desk saying you’re here and I’m sure you’ll get plenty of responses asking to organize meetings with me.”

Susan nodded and typed as the chipmunk spoke. Ace smiled again as he made his way towards the meeting room, feeling as though he definitely made a good decision. The kangaroo, meanwhile, chuckled a little to herself, sighing and shaking her head as she watched her new boss leave with the slightest hint of a waddle.

The meeting itself was a dull affair, thirty minutes in and Ace was tired of listening to reports from lower down the ladder about finances and procurement. He had enough on his plate to deal with without having to remember that stuff. He leaned back in his chair and tried to refocus on the powerpoint slides.

His bladder took the opportunity to release as he did so. The diaper absorbed his little accident, the chipmunk keeping the noise to a minimum by measuring his breathing and feeling of relief. He knew this was just something he’d have to deal with afterwards. He’d been a little damp before, but he had a change in his bag.

His bag? A small grimace of annoyance went across his face as he realized it was upstairs in his office. In his rush to help Susan out he’d totally forgotten to take it with him.

A flash of realization crossed his face. Susan could get it for him! Quickly grabbing his phone he brought up the email app and typed up a quick message.

“Hey Susan

Could you grab my rucksack from under my desk and bring it to the meeting room (info in the calendar)? Need some things from it for after the meeting”

Cheers

Ace”

It didn’t take two minutes for the response to come through.

Sure! On my way!

Another two minutes later a knock on the door signaled her arrival. Ace held up his hand “Sorry, that’s for me, carry on I’ll be right back”

Carefully moving around his colleagues, he slowed his walk. The diaper between his legs had swollen sufficiently to give him a bit of trouble. The slower speed helped him keep his stride straight, the rest of his body staying fully upright with shoulders back to avoid pushing his bottom out.

He opened the door to see Susan standing there with his bag. She looked at him with a smile before crouching down and holding it “Here you go! Do you need anything else?”

Ace shook his head “Thank you! I’m alright now, I’m sure the team has been…”

“Oh they’ve been fine! Very welcoming!” she chuckled, “Are you sure you don't need anything else? Your bag feels a little light…” she started to undo the zip “I could always get you a bottle of…”

Ace nervously interrupted “I’m fine, really. Gotta get back to the meeting!”

The kangaroo raised an eyebrow before returning to a big grin “Alrighty! I’m always here if you need me!” her paw came out and ruffled Ace’s hair, the kangaroo beaming as she jogged back towards an elevator at the end of the corridor.

The chipmunk stood stock still, his face reddening quickly. His mouth moved up and down as he tried to compose himself. Had she just… done what he thought she’d done.

His mind was quick to find the answer. She had preschool kids. She must have been handing rucksacks off to them at the start of the day for months, if not years. He’d been mistaken for a child before and that particular kind of treatment was normally something he’d take severe umbrage with. But this was an innocent instinct, certainly not a malicious or prejudicial act.

Breathing out, the chipmunk felt another spurt of pee going into his diaper. He shook his head, opening the door back in and poking his head round.

“Sorry, got to run. Something has come up upstairs”

It was a lie, but not one anyone would question. The accessible toilets were just down the corridor, and this was no time to avoid a change. He carefully walked over and got himself a stall, lying on the ground and changing into a fresh incontinence brief. He hadn’t repacked yesterday, so only had the one left next to his powder and lotion.

“Urghh, hope I won’t need to change again” he muttered to himself.

Taking the time to make sure there were no wet spots on his boxers that might indicate a leak. Wearing them over the top was a safety measure as much as anything else. Finding nothing to indicate such things, he took the used padding and threw it in the pail, adjusting his clothes back to how they were.

As he left the room, he couldn’t help playing back that moment outside the meeting room in his mind. She offered him a bottle? A bottle of water… right? Was she so child obsessed that she was just going into autopilot?

Maybe he’d have a chat with her about personal space over lunch. If she had opened the bag she’d have seen his changing supplies, and at that point he’d have to explain it. He shivered at the thought as he reached the elevator, making his way back to the office.

“Hey Ace, I’m heading out for my lunch break”

The chipmunk looked up from his computer to see Susan poking her head through the gap. Since the meeting he’d been diving into email after email, only looking up to grab a few pretzels from the little bowl he had on his desk and swigs of water from his bottle.

“Wait!” He shouted as she went to leave. “How about we grab some together, chat about how things are going?”

The kangaroo beamed “Of course! I’d love to!” she opened the door fully and stepped to one side “Come on then!”

Ace chuckled “Ok, calm down a little Susan” he grabbed his bag “I’m not one of your kids you know”

Her face fell “Oh gosh was I… I’m sorry!”

The chipmunk waved his hand as he shuffled past her “Don’t worry! I’d rather you were cheery and motherly than bored and uncaring”

Her smile returned “Really?!”

Ace nodded “Of course, who wouldn’t want that?” He led her towards the stairs that lead up to the cafeteria “Besides, a couple of people working here still act like they need a Mom, ya know?”

She nodded “Yeah… I can tell” a little giggle came from her muzzle “Thank you Ace. You got everything you need in your bag?”

He nodded “Yeah, I don’t keep much in there” he nervously adjusted it on his back “It’s just for emergencies and…” he stopped, feeling like he was starting to give too much away.

“And?”

“Never mind” he reached the door to the cafeteria and pushed it open “Let’s get lunch!”

The cafeteria was busy, the lunchtime rush having already occurred. Most of the tables were taken, with only a few left available. The two colleagues joined the back of the queue and grabbed a tray each, Ace reading the menus hanging from the tray rack at his eye level.

“Oh man, they got rid of the meatloaf!” he groaned.

Susan chuckled, “Nothing else takes your fancy?”

Ace shook his head “Nah. I was looking forward to the meatloaf…”

The kangaroo sighed and moved forward in the queue “I’ve got some of my leftover meatloaf in my lunchbox. I always make too much, and didn’t know what the cafeteria would be like…”

The chipmunks' ears perked up and his eyes widened. Even as he tried to compose himself, the motherly marsupial in front of him noticed the reaction and didn’t give him another second.

“It’s yours!”

“Susan I couldn’t! That’s…”

“It’s my meatloaf, I can give it to my new boss if I want” she looked at the board behind the assistant “Hmm… can I have one latte and a strawberry milkshake please?”

“Milkshake?” Ace cocked his head “Got a sweet tooth?”

“Oh no silly, that’s for you! My treat!”

A blush came to Ace’s face as he shuffled in place and tried not to think too hard about what was happening. She’s just being nice on her first day… nothing more to it.

“Heh, ok. I’ll just grab a coffee later”

The kangaroo took the tray and headed down to the pick-up point. Ace took the opportunity to look for a table. Unfortunately it didn’t look like there were any two person tables left.

“Doesn’t look like there’s anywhere to sit…”

Susan looked over her shoulder “There’s one over there!”

Her finger was pointing to a table with only one seat. Ace sighed “Yeah, but it’s only got one seat. And I can’t see any spare.”

“Why don’t you just sit on my lap?”

The chipmunk blushed again “I’m not sure that’s really appropriate…”

The kangaroo just picked up the tray and made her way over, ignoring Ace’s response “Come on, before it gets taken!”

Scratching his head, Ace followed in the hope that this was just her being a bit overzealous. Instead when she sat down her hands immediately patted the tops of his legs “Come on, don’t be shy!”

“Susan I really…”

Before he could say another word he felt her hands hoist him onto her legs. The sudden lack of control over his movement sent the chipmunks head spinning, his eyes staying wide open as the kangaroo stopped to hold his butt at her eye level.

“Feeling ok?”

The chipmunk nodded quickly, hoping she’d put him down before his shirt became untucked.

“Okey dokey!” she placed him on her thighs, Ace trying to settle into a comfortable spot. The crinkling from his diaper must have been audible, but if it was Susan was seemingly unperturbed.

“Now, here’s the meatloaf…” She pulled out a small tupperware box and opened it on the table. The smell alone was enough to get a little drool starting in Ace’s mouth, his desire for lunch overriding his embarrassment.

“That… smells really good”

Susan gave him a little bounce “It should taste good too!” she took a fork from her bag and cut a small slice off of the portion “Go on, open up!”

“I can feed myself!” Ace tried to move but found Susans other arm was keeping him firmly seated.

“Oh stop being such a fusspot” Susan responded “Just take a bite!”

Shrugging, Ace moved himself a little further forward in his secretary’s lap and tried to put on a smile for her. This wasn’t that bad, just a little fun for an eccentric mom right?

He stopped, his stomach suddenly giving him a warning about an impending disaster that was about to occur at the worst possible time. Normally he’d be able to make a quick run to the bathroom, but currently he wasn’t able to move on his own volition.

“Sus… Susan… I need to go to the.. Bathroom!”

She looked at him incredulously “I don’t believe that for a second, come on just take a bite of meatloaf.”

The chipmunk looked at the fork she was holding out. He either lost dignity by humoring her or far more by filling his pants. His muzzle went over the prongs as fast as he could muster, the soft texture of the meal filling his mouth.

It tasted amazing. Unfortunately, the chipmunks stomach wasn’t ready for any new additions and was instead set on emptying itself.

“Mppph…”

Unable to keep the little grunts coming from his muzzle at bay, he tried to speed up the process by pushing a little harder. At this point there was no hope of stopping it, and extending the whole event wasn’t going to make it any easier.

“There! Was that so hard?” Susan ruffled his headfur again “Now, once you’ve finished making room for more, you can finish up hmmm?”

Room for more? Ace's eyes went wide as he breathed out and let the last of the mess settle in the back of his diaper. She knew, she knew he was messing his diaper and seemed to be just taking it in her stride. He felt the back of his pants being pulled back as the kangaroo invaded what was left of his privacy.

“Good, no sign of a blowout” she flicked the waistband back and bounced him once on her knees. Ace could only stare forward, stunned at everything that had happened in the last few minutes. A couple of other patrons looked around, their faces failing to hide little giggles at his expense. The contents of the padding shifted with her legs, the mass unable to settle properly as she moved around.

“Here’s another bite! Come on, open up!”

He complied, his mind racing to find a focus that wasn’t the squishy mess in his pants. Another mouthful was presented and he took it without complaint. And another, and another.

“There, all done!” The kangaroo took a swing of her latte and lifted the chipmunk up and over her shoulder, supporting his rear with her right hand as she put her bag over her left shoulder and picked up his milkshake, still left untouched “Can save this for later”

Part of Ace was desperate to complain, to demand he be put down. But he knew that would just make a scene. For now, most of the cafeteria was still in their own world and work. He could push back once they were back at the office and he could…

“Oh great! There’s a changing room here!” Susan said cheerfully “Let’s get you cleaned up before you go back to work hmm?”

“But.. but…” Ace stuttered, trying his hardest to bring words to bear. Susan just pushed open the door, ignoring the chipmunk and heading towards the changing table at the back of the room.

“Don’t worry, I bought a spare change in my bag. I thought I might need it for my kiddo after school, but it should fit your little hiney”

“I… I…” the embarrassed chipmunk wanted to sob, but instead found his hands curling round Susans neck. Something about this experience felt… right. Like an old memory of it happening was surfacing from his childhood, from the many years his mother would change him herself.

The kangaroo lay him down flat on the cold plastic surface and pulled down his pants, giving him no further time to complain.

“Boxers over diapers? That’s a new one!” she giggled “Trying to be a big boy huh?”

Ace nodded in response, a blush coming straight to his cheeks. Susan simply pulled them off and folded them up to one side, her hands pulling up his shirt and starting to untape his brief.

“Hmmm… You know, it’s probably cheaper for me to get you some baby joey diapers in the future.” She pulled off the messy diaper and folded it up with practiced hands, throwing it into a nearby pail. “I’ll keep the office stocked up with the ones I get for my kiddo.”

Ace didn’t even notice his thumb wandering into his muzzle as he looked up at the ceiling. The cold wipes went across his bottom with efficient sweeps. Even as he felt embarrassed by the whole thing, he felt so much more relaxed than doing this himself, on the cold hard floor of the office toilets.

Maybe this wouldn’t be so bad in future.

“Sushan?” he noticed his thumb and removed it, his face brightening again.

The kangaroo lifted up his legs and slipped the spare diaper under his bottom “Yes Ace?”

He looked to one side as she taped the babyish garment round his waist, breathing out before saying the one thing he wanted to make sure he said.

“Thank you”

Her face lit up “No problem sweetie” she grabbed his pants and started pulling them back up his legs “I saw you waddle away from me to that meeting this morning with your little padded bottom and all my motherly instincts kicked in. It was hard to keep them in check, but then you asked for your diaper bag and… well I didn’t think you’d last the day with just one change.”

Ace just lay his head back down. She’d known the whole time.

“So no more hiding it, ok? Just let me know when you need your big helper and I’ll come running”

He nodded, letting her set him back down on his feet. The diaper felt a lot different, the padding much thicker and his pants much puffier. But the chipmunk just took the strawberry milkshake from his secretary's hand and let her lead him out the changing room, one thought occurring to him as they left.

This was the best hiring decision he’d ever made.
