GPD XD+ LineageOS Beta #4 (Patreon)

Turns out GPD uses the internal panel's VSYNC event for external monitors as well. Fun.

Newcomers: Please refer to the Beta #1 post for a visual installation guide or follow the included README.txt in the SPFlash package to-the-letter.

Existing users: Reboot into the recovery and install the TWRP package as usual to upgrade.
