GPD XD+ CleanROM 2.0.3.0 (Brightness & ZRAM changes) (Patreon)

As requested by plasmaticriver (over on reddit) the brightness control now supports the whole range of brightness values (1-255 rather than the 30-210 it was before).

This means you can now make your display (a lot) dimmer or (slightly) brighter than normally possible.

In addition to this I've also removed the ZRAM compression from the system which should boost overall perceived performance by a good margin.

While this change won't make the system a whole lot faster in terms of benchmarks, it will help mitigate system micro stutters and make the UX a whole lot snappier in day to day use.
