Equivalent Exchange v016a Hotfix (Patreon)

Attempting, and failing, to run from the Goblin Matriarch, the Beta Kobolds, and the Alpha Kobolds, should no longer result in a softlock.

Fixed choosing 'Journey Deeper' after dealing with the Alpha Kobolds once resulting in a passage with errors and a softlock.  It will now redirect you back to the intro where the kobolds assume it's your first time there, as said before.

Clicking on the Alpha Kobold info tab when fighting an Alpha Kobold will no longer trap you in that info screen.

Some logic updates to the Struggle scenes for the Beta and Alpha Kobolds for consistency.
