303 - Business As Usual. (Patreon)

Hello there, dear bros. How is everybody doing? Personally, I am doing fantastic. Being able to type this post normally, on my PC instead of a phone, feels great. We really don't appreciate the little things until they get taken from us. Well, in this particular case, taken and then returned in a couple of days. ^_^

Ha-ha. I am sure those of you who give a damn have already heard about this. I am not surprised at all to be honest. It would probably surprise me much more if they managed to actually do a proper remaster. On the early stage of development it was already known that they hired some feminist woman to do rewrites "to improve" the story, and now they just decided to pull the plug on the whole thing it seems. Honestly it's for the better. I beat the game few month ago and it holds up just fine. What bothers me is that I remember that there was a fan project dedicated to remastering this game and those fans got hit with a cease and desist notice from the studio that was supposed to be working on the official remake. And what do we have now? No "updated for modern audiences" remake, no fan-made remake, nothing. Only good old classic that they will never be able to take away from us :)

The work. This week was spent on coloring and animating. I am still working on the Happy New Year party. At the beginning of the week I did consider cutting some corners with this whole thing since it already took quite a bit of my time, but ultimately decided to do everything the way I originally planned instead. Whatever. I will let the historians decide if my decision was the right one or not XD

The plan. This week I will continue to work on the even. Mostly importing the assets into the game, making everything works the way it should and writing the bits that are still missing. So yeah, that's the plan.

The Anime. I am watching MF Ghost anime right now. New episode drops every week. It's not the best thing ever or anything but so far I am enjoying it :)
