287 - Done With The Endings. (Patreon)

Hello, cherished bros, how is it going? Another Monday -- another Monday Post, you now the deal. Let's do this.

This is big. I am finally done with fucking endings. This means that the current build can be played from start to finish. Yes, the economy is not balanced at all, many events and variables still need adjusting, some side content is still missing, but if somethin goes wrong (this is only a hypothetical) I can always just release the game as is and you still will be to experiences the main part of it. Honestly being done with this is a huge weight off my shoulders. Don't get too excited though, right now it is time to go extra mile and work on what makes a good game into a great game: good side content.

To avoid the confusion I won't go too much into explanations but just to sum it all up here is a brief list of what I will be working on next:
- Garden/backyard development. (Mechanics and events).
- Fruitstand ownership. (Mechanics and events).
- City exploration events.
- Game intro event.
- Game's secret true ending (the cake).
- After wedding events with the wives.

Money. As of right now the only way to make money in the game is to work as a night guard (thankfully that section has been written and imported into the game long time ago). You also get paid for you advisory services to the princess, but your salary is not that high. Naturally there will be many different aspects of the game that will require gold, from home development to paying to the whores and weddings. Therefor I want to make sure that many ways to make money exist in the game-world.

A question. Here is the thing, in Princess Trainer you were making money through Jasmine. Some people had mixed feelings about that. Personally I agree with that notion to a certain extent, it is much more satisfying to be able to make the money yourself, that is why there will be so many jobs available for Genie in Queen Trainer.

Actual question. That being said, after you marry a whore she movies in with you and quits her job. Would you be interested in an option to allowing you ex-whore wife to continue to work in the brothel. Naturally that would generate extra money for you. Coding in this stuff would take extra time, but I can not decide if it is needed or not. So, this is your question: would you be interested in such an option or not?

The games. Those of you who played KotOR1, do you remember this side quest, where you play a detective in a murder case on Manaan? Good lord, this was such a long quest, so much talking and so much fun! Old guy with a young wife, has an even younger Sith girl lover. The whole thing is so well written. Do I convict him? Do I try to clear his name? I changed my mind several times during this whole storyline. Absolutely fantastic writing. I shall take notes XD
