231 - Writing And Drawing. (Patreon)

Hello bros. It is I -- your educational content provider reporting from the field. Welcome to the Monday Post # 231.

The vid. As you probably noticed I am sharing a new video today. I decided to start doing video development updates. Releasing demos is a very time consuming process and there is only so much I can show with screenshots so I want to try doing videos instead.

In any case, this Development Update #01 contains no new information, it's more of an explanation of what kind of game I am trying to create with Queen Trainer. Don't you worry though, in the future updates I will be sharing more spoilery stuff, while also showing off some gameplay and story elements in action.

Also I beat GTA: Chinatown wars. Great game but the writing is very weak. Characters behave like teenagers, and I know that the writer was going for the "He-he, Ha-ha" effect, but what we got at the end is paper-thin characters and elementary school level jokes.

Also there is only one woman in the entire story and she get's killed off like 5 minutes into the story (despite being present on all the promo materials).

That being said GTA:CW is an old-school game and it has some jokes that would never be allowed today, and for that alone I think everyone should play it.

My PS Vita. Watching a lot of video tutorials and preparing to get it jailbroken. Wish me luck.

The work. I spent second half of the week writing Skinny Lily's story events, so everything is going according to plan. Even more so, I also managed to do a few drawings (that I will show off in this week's Monday Post).

Skinny Lily. With Megara and Vivi (Wendy Darling) I had original lore to consider and based may story on it. But Lily is an original character so I have more freedom with what I can do with her. Her story will involve Abis Mal and Haround Hazi Bin from the original show and also my new personal creation Black Dahar (a character based on a certain artist I know). All in all I hope you will get a kick out of learning Skinny Lily's backstory if you decide to dedicate some time to perusing it. And the arc ends with a wedding of course. I continue to follow my original plan of making every female character in the game marrigable.
