Sorry about the pic above. I found it on the internet and figured I should share the suffering with my loyal bros.

First of all thank you for all the pledges and coffees, I really appreciate it. The less I have to worry about my financial situation the more time I have to concentrate on my work. August is not that far off, but if things continue as they are (and don't get worse unexpectedly) I should be OK. -_-

The reception of the Iris story DEMO, I dropped last week, was very positive. Thank you for all your feedback. And please don't worry about the details too much, this demo does not show off the game itself in any way, it only gives you a sneak peek of Iris' storyline.

The work. I spent the week writing the Jasmine training parts. Also did some coding. Since I didn't do any art assets I have nothing new to show off in that regard.

The Hopes. New trailer has dropped last week. It did put some of my worries to rest, because my main concern was that you won't be choose your gender in this game. Seems it's not the case at all and also apparently Byleth is the antagonist now. They still didn't say anything about any romance mechanics though. If you can't romance units in this game I will probably won't be getting it since it was the main draw for me in the original Fire Emblem. And if you do can romance your units I won't be getting the game till August anyway since I am on a tight budget right now. ^^

I am back to playing One World. Yes, I know that it is considered a garbage game, but I like the character designs and I also did play the previous installment (Light Of Hope) and I enjoyed it as well (married Melanie and was very happy:). When it comes to this type of games there is not much choices on Switch.

And that's it. No Monday Surprise post this week. I will share more stuff when it's ready, but for now I will be concentrating on the work if you don't mind.

You joke, but at the level Netflix is they'd have to beg to you allow them to adapt one of your games into a series.

Yes, yes. Love and peace, family friendliness and wholesomeness, I am all about that. But putting aside my personal feelings about people messing around with my work, when they do that it complicates my life in all sorts of ways. Those drawings and games they edit and change still bare my signature. As a result I will be held accountable for whatever deranged stuff they create. For example there is a game called MomCest. I had no hand in it, but it is using my drawings so many people think I am the author. When people who play that game bombard me with questions about the gameplay or complain about bugs it's one thing. But when PapaPatreon gets angry with me because he things I put hardcore incest into my games now, how am I supposed to proof that I am not the author? That I am not developing the game on the side secretly for example? That is only one of MANY examples.

Yes, let them create a SC34 tv-show. I would take the money and then commission a Japanese studio to create an anime. Checkmate!
