July 2 - running to Sitges (Patreon)

I hope you had a lovely weekend

This weekend I decided to do something about looking after my health as that has been a bit lacking.

I ran from our house to the sea I'm Sitges which is about 5.5km on the route I took as the route winds around at lot. It was really rocky!

I have sped this up a bit but I thought you might like to see the lovely countryside in between the two towns. The vines are bursting with grapes it is quite wonderful.

My time was very slow. But I feel happy for having at least tried and it also very hot.

As you can see from my outfit there was little danger of not being seen by search helicopters if I got lost :))
