Howdy all, so far this month I have been working on improving my Blender skills, and specifically the simulation side. I have devised a pretty good way to get the models / content I create into Blender to make use of its simulation properties (which feels like the next logical step in content improvement) but it is all still a work in progress.

As I mentioned in the Content Catchup, I used the new animation I made as a template to try out some of these simulation properties. In the animation above (and attached) I started with trying out a hair simulation for the first time, and later added some soft body boob simulation for the breasts.

In it was some great R&D, that puts me within striking distance of making my first full animation/reward completely within Blender! But for now I'm parking it to work on part 2 of Water Weight, which will release early next week. Catch you then!

Looks amazing, hope to see another unstoppable sized growth animation!

It may be a while before I'm able to do an unstoppable size in Blender but here's hoping.

I sit next to you whilst you do these and its still amazing to me what you can create my love.

Curious to hear how the softbody sims work out on the breasts (or if you're sticking with the clever cloth sim as you discussed above, need to experiment with that) - I've just started to work with softbodies in Blender and (like most physics sims), they can be extremely fidgety to get right, especially with their collisions and interactions with other colliders (like cloth resting on top of them or rigid body colliders). Would be super cool if you could provide a workflow breakdown of your approach to these animations and sims in Blender for those of us who happen to be developing 3D artists on top of being into BE, even if it's a higher Patreon tier, I'd definitely pay more for some tutorials on your animations. :) It's been really cool to see you improve your skills over the years, creating some genuinely funny and entertaining animated content.

Thanks Digits! I will definitely agree that the cloth simulations are extremely fidgety. TBH I am still dabbling in the whole process, and will provide a walkthrough if I ever get to a stage where I think it is a reliable system that works. One thing I will say from my tests at this stage however, is that I'm running the outfit sim and the breast cloth sim separately. So you have the boobs grow, then do a separate cloth sim for the clothing over that. Trying to have both work dynamically has been a losing battle for me so far. I'm positive a more seasoned user could figure it out, but most of what I've seen work is done via Maya, which is an entirely different kettle of fish.

Love to see the process! (And the results of course 😍) thanks for these insights
