Mini-game previews & spooky poses! (Patreon)
Content
Hey everyone,
I hope you are all well!
Now as mentioned before, I’ve been trying to get a few more mini-games made. And for that I got some help from Kia this time, who is a great programmer!
We've been working on the games for a couple of weeks now, and so far there we managed to get 3 games done!
- Cut the Roots
- Rosa’s Rope Twist
- Wrestle Match
Now while Kia was doing the actual game- programming, I’ve been doing a lot of game-testing & tweaking, to make it all work with the main game. And I must say, I really like how the games turned out. And to share it with you, I made a few gifs. I hope you the results :)
Cut the Roots -game
This game is part of Sophie her storyline. And here you need to cut away the root-endings, before your hedge trimmers battery runs out.
Rosa’s Rope Twist -game
This game is part of Rosa her storyline. And here you need to turn tiles, to make the correct rope-pattern. You will do this on 4 areas of Rosa her body... :)
Wrestle Match -game
This game is part of the wrestlers storyline. And here you need to push the two hands foreward into lockdown state, before your opponent does so. You do so, by clicking on teh bars as fast as you can. And depending onwho you play- and who your opponent is; the matches become easier or more difficult to win.
Now the games might look a bit jittery, but that is because I had to reduce the framerate to get a somewhat acceptable gif-filesize :) Also, if you like to know more about how I designed these games, then please have a look at some of my older posts- it’s all there!
Spooky Poses
Now besides working on the mini-games, I’ve also been drawing a lot more poses for the spooky girl :) And here I’ve put together a few of the more interesting poses for you, I hope you like them!
And here is another gif, showing the 3 big steps I take, when drawing such a pose.
I always start with a rough sketch to get the idea on paper. Then I rework that sketch to get all the proportions correct, and finally I put some clean ink lines over that, and polish the details.
Well and that's all I got for now :)
Have a great weekend and till next time!
All the best,
Robin
