My time has come! I was a cast member and the answer to "does Epcot have a utilidor" is sort of. There is an under ground break room/cafeteria but unlike Magic Kingdom the tunnels don't go everywhere and depending on where you are in the paek you are probably getting there via various shuttle buses behind the scenes. As a random fun fact at the entry of the Epcot tunnel there is a big Sega sign because Sega used to have a sponsered area in Innoventions that ran through 2001/their nesr bankruptcy
