We have been made aware of a bug that causes the app to crash on older systems and some laptops. With the help from some users that kindly have been assisting us, we have been able to see where the app fails, but the nature of this failure is still shrouded in anomalous behavior from Unity APIs, and we haven't been able to figure out a solution yet.

Since relying solely on output logs, builds and reports from users is a very slow process (make change -> build -> zip -> upload -> wait for user to be available -> user download -> user test -> user send log) which can take anywhere from half an hour to days, we have acquired an old GFX card. We just installed this card and have been able to reproduce this issue and thus can test changes in minutes rather than hours or days.

We are doing everything we can to get to the bottom of this.

I must agree with Dragon King's Sentiment, but I suppose figuring out old hardware issues could further optimize the app. And get casuals with old hardware to investigate the app in the future.
