This week was all engine work, so I'm gonna stick to a brief overview. This stuff is uncensored on my preferred platform: substar. I'm asking peeps to move their subs over when it's convenient

To new patrons: We’re in the middle of an absurdly-long update cycle. Here’s the summary and how to access content.


What's being worked on?

So multi-penetrators need a... lot of stuff to work. Each penetrator has its own shape and position. But they can then combine into motion-anchored groups, like a penis with a sheath on it. So now that group has a shape and position. Then multiple groups can penetrate the same orifice at once. So now that set of groups has a composite shape they all make inside the orifice.

The answer is to pretty much treat it like I just described. Groups (of individual objects, or other Groups) and a single Set of Groups per orifice. Objects can enter and exit groups, and groups can enter and exit sets. It took a while but it's now all functioning, albeit with just one test toy at a time.

I delved pretty deep this week, got some good ideas about how to use code to combine multiple shapes like that, and eventually decided to just prep the engine for those features, and move on for now.

I also attempted to use ChatGPT to write some of the shape merging code. It was all right, but not the best. It helped push me to look into the right solutions, so I think that's a success.
