One More Site Adjustment (Patreon)

Apparently there's a patreon plugin that lets you view the content/automatically join through patreon, and which tracks your membership.

So. Rather than trying to do everything manually. I'm trying that. DX Let me know if you run into any trouble with it, though - if it keeps people from reading the posts, I'll switch back to manual~
