Please run FNIS/Nemesis after the update(업뎃 후에 FNIS/Nemesis 돌려주세요)

▪ Added more of encounter spots all across Tamriel.

▪ Revamp encounter features. Each encounter could occur if it makes sense according to the region environments. For instance, you don't expect frost trolls to appear at plains or on the roads because they live at snow mountains or snow forests.

▪ More diverse creatures will now appear depending on the region features.

▪ Improved Road Encounter 09. Now you can be defeated by the falmers.

▪ Bug Fix: Whiterun Orc Visitors dialogue condition required Player to equip Yoke

▪ Bug Fix: Change Location Event 06 with Vice Captain didn't properly work.

▪ Hot Fix: There was no English plugin!!!

4.90V 변경사항

▪ 탐리엘 전역에 더 많은 인카운터 지역을 추가시킵니다.

▪ 인카운터 시스템을 개선합니다. 각각의 인카운터는 그 지역에 맞는 인카운터가 발생되게끔 설정됩니다. 예를 들어 서리 트롤이 초원이나 눈이 없는 곳에서 등장하지 않는 것처럼 말이죠.

▪ 각 지역에 맞는 더 다양한 크리쳐들이 등장하게 됩니다.

▪ 로드 인카운터 09를 개선합니다. 이제 플레이어는 팔머에게 패배당할 수 있습니다.

▪ 이외 자잘한 버그 픽스(화이트런 오크 방문에서 구속구에 묶였을 경우 대화문 조건이 맞지 않아 대화문이 안 나오던 경우, 장소 변경 이벤트 06에서 부대장 때문에 제대로 진행되지 않던 버그)
