Public Status Update - December 2 (Patreon)

It's already the 2nd of December where I'm from so pardon if its still the 1st where you are.

For patrons, I've just posted some new renders in 4k for Gold and Silver in this post and 1080p for Bronze here.  (preview above).

The renders feature characters you've already met- Ed, Tarriq, and Grumpy(patrons already know him as Lance), in a more NSFW fashion than the previous renders. I've also made renders for the upcoming new characters. I've teased them before. I've made edits to them since then and these are the final results. Oh, and a couple more characters who should be familiar. The rest of the characters are still undergoing some digital surgery to improve the performance of their 3d genitals. (I'm fixing their models.)

I've been testing out animations. I want to incorporate them in the visual novel, particularly in 2 very important scenes in the upcoming update. It's quite a new challenge and I've been learning a lot since I've never done animation before. It's familiar but also a different beast entirely. I've been doing a lot of poses so far but to have them move requires a new set of skills and knowledge. Thankfully, there's a lot of resources to learn from and I've been busy doing that. If you've followed the story so far -MILD SPOILER - you know the MC will eventually have to ask someone what the hell is going on with his dreams. And a key scene the player could get to is where someone does finally explain to him what this world is all about. And I want that to be a short animation(if I succeed in not making it suck). So I'll post some snippets of animation - not related to the visual novel but practice scenes - for gold patrons later. (I tried to animate 2 characters have a raunchy french kiss and it's very tricky getting it to look correct up close.)

In the story front, I'm almost done with the script for the next update. It will have 2 separate paths beginning immediately where you left off(since you ended the previous update choosing between the 2 paths). I'm already slowly collecting/building props for these scenes. With the new hardware I've got(thanks guys!), it should be a lot quicker to get these out which is why I'm taking my time polishing the story for now. 

Oh, and I've been exploring alternatives to twitter and if I find something I'll let you know. (Hive was interesting but supposedly has critical security issues related to their mobile app which allows attackers to know even your password, etc..and their mobile app is the only way to join their ecosystem so I've passed on that for now.)
