Leave it to me to hop on the fan art bandwagon several months past a character's peak in popularity amiright?  I picked up the Resident Evil 4 Remake when it came out early this year. I enjoyed what I played, but for one reason or another I just kinda burned out on it a little over halfway through at the time.

Cut to this weekend when I was attempting to clear up precious hard drive space on my PS5. I found I couldn't bring myself to delete RE4, so I figured I may as well give it another go. And it hooked me again! Turned out I just needed a little break, I suppose.

Ashley may be the most changed character in the remake? Seems that way to me, anyway. She was basically the teen anime girl trope in the original RE4, but this time around she's presented more like how one might think a traumatized kidnapping victim might actually behave in a parasite zombie nightmare cult scenario. Not really better or worse in my opinion, just different. Plus I may be imagining this but she seems less of a pain to keep safe in the gameplay now. Though in the story if you take a shot every time Leon saves her only for her to be re-kidnapped five minutes later you'll be passed out on the floor before you finish this thing.

Hope you guys like the pin up in any case. I'm trying to get more experimental with my lighting lately. Also I was dared to make a cursed variant of this image based on Ashley memes and you can find it here if you are so bold.

The lighting in this pic is the standout aspect, at least for me. You long ago mastered the art of drawing hawt naked girls, but your continuing adventures in lighting are always exciting to see!

Thank you! It's an ongoing journey I'm on here (as I'll lament with the new TRW page here in a few) and I appreciate the feedback you've all been giving along the way.

Not a day goes by that I'm not grateful that my income isn't nearly as algorithm-enslaved as so many countless others who make their living on the internet.
