For those of you expecting an actual answer, I draw Raina and Sylvia's busts about the same, or at least I try to. I don't really keep track of specific cup sizes, I just keep every girl in a category. Small (Parker, Holly,) Medium (Morgan, Lydia,) Large (Liz, Elianna,) Extra Large (Casey, Bria, The Nurse,) and Ultimate Mega Awesome (Sylvia, Raina, Courtney.) 

Meanwhile, if you're confused at Raina calling Sylvia her boss that's understandable. I decided that somewhere between the end of the game and the start of the comic, Raina finally got fed up with her old job and went to work for Sylvia. I wouldn't call it a spoiler exactly, as I'm not even sure if it will come up in the game, depends on if I can fit it in organically near the end of Raina's quest line. But as you can imagine, this is why you haven't seen much of Raina and Chloe outside the game, as I don't want to give away how things work out for them during the course of the prequel story. But as the game nears completion, expect to see them popping up in the comic more and more.
