RogueLove Android updated to v0.17! (Patreon)

RogueLove Android has been updated to the newest version! This comes after a long battle with Android Studio and SDK, after a new API version which caused conflicts made its way into my pipeline. This has all been fixed, and for the first time in months I'm getting 100% successful compiles.

This has been hampering my ability to test for mobile, as well as keeping files up to date with the PC versions (which never give me any compile errors.) Anyway, long story short, expect much more frequent and consistent mobile versions from here on out.
