This version adds a new species, Angel, as well as new Decorations. The Feeding Trough especially which should make feeding monsters and preventing decay a lot easier. Additionally the Player Skills and Monster Talents systems have been started, and you can toy around with them a little. Mainly a test for now, but more Talents will be added in the future, and Player Skills will effect gameplay. The whole changelog is linked below.

I am having issues with commanding the residents to fight. I meet the requirement of loyalty to have it be selectable, but when I click it nothing happens. It does not proceed to allow selecting a target to attack. Is there a new requirement to have the residents fight or am I just having a bug?

No this is a new bug, thank you for reporting it. I'll be releasing a patch in the next day or so to address this issue
