MGG Patch (Patreon)

A new patch has been released to address some of the issues from the last version. Here's what's new:
-Restored Teleport command for Ruby Patrons (Press Shift + Home to teleport to town and back)
-Hitting cobblestone with Hoe will turn it back into Soil
-Fixed planter flower colours
-Fixed owned tiles next to river
-Fixed succubus birthing before one is owned
-Grass only grows on Owned Tiles
-Trees only spawn fruit on Owned Tiles
-Buyland lock fixed
-Manor exit point fixed
-Speed up time fixed
