NPC extra idle animations (Patreon)

Added a couple more animations for NPCs to liven up town. Also created a little interactive group which includes 3 NPCs who appear to be conversing with each other.

Despite the fact that they're dressed like they walked out of a George Orwell novel, they make the town feel much more alive :p

They will eventually spawn with random traits as if generated by the character creator. And obviously I still need to add a texture for the clothing, so it doesn't feel like Monsteronna Village is controlled by the USSR xD
