x-men 3 is too silly to be a good movie, but there is at least one scene that is good, and you do have Kelsey Grammer as beast. that was colossus. some mutants on screen are random and invented, but some are icons just doing a cameo. just recently they made it cannon that mystique is nightcrawlers father. mystique receives imprints from the people she imitates. if go along with the series you will see a similar character in xmen first class and that is who mystique got some of the dna that was given to nightcrawler. as you can imagine, the internet freaked the fuck out. this was literally last month this all happened and with the climate around trans people there was a lot of bad takes, people accusing them of ruining the creators characters by making them "woke". this is of course bullshit because the author always intended this. editorial was too bigoted back in the day to let him do it. WATCH THE TV SHOW LEGION. its a show centered around charles xaviers son so you get some really good lore, but.. the main character has god like powers, so the writers had a field day. the show introduces philosophy better than any tv show has ever, and is legit frightening at times. there are scenes scarier than any horror movie ive ever seen. here is a stand alone scene introducing a philosophical idea. its from the show, but dont worry, its not spoilers. its completely stand alone. im just trying to sell you on how brilliant this show is. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYcyw3r8SeU

Colossus can turn from human to metallic human at will. It's been like that since the beginning. In Deadpool, he's always in metallic form, but I think that's because he's completely CGI.

George is right Iceman could freeze it all, turns out he is an Omega level mutant (so watch out for him in the mcu films) but in the comics he doesnt realize his full potential till he starts haning out with spiderman... not a joke XD

I can't really describe how awesome this was at the cinema as a (light) fan of the comics. It starts with A WATCHER, and ends with X? Absolutely incredible. Also please watch all these movies.
