Remember, you can vote for multiple films!
Reminder: movies that don't win does not mean they will never be watched, it just means they will be watched later. Please be respectful to each others opinions, we're all just here to have fun and watch movies :)

Poltergeist can really be any time of year. It’s phenomenal

Don't remember The Conjuring. But I DID watch it. Never saw Insidious (so I'll wait and watch along with you guys). Other than those two, not a bad choice on this poll.

BTW. Not watching new seasons of Ted Lasso either, so I watch along with the Cinebinge.

Moni Castaneda

sigh... Poltergeist, the perennial 2nd placer...

So little love for the groundbreaking masterpiece "texas chainsaw massacre"... Produced for 140 000 $, if you were impressed with the low budget creativity of "evil dead", what to say about this one... So i'm curious, if people just haven't seen it, or they really don't like it. But then it's a tough watch. "Scream" will probably provide a more enjoyable reaction video. "poltergeist" is a tobe hopper directed movie too, but is in a lot of way a Spielberg movie.

Lucifer Moon

Silent Hill (2006)

Mike Minerals

The Insidious Conjuring for sure! Can't remember which is which, but I'm pretty sure something insidious gets conjured... or something gets conjured which is insidious. Either way JUMP SCARE!

An American Werewolf in London pleaseeeeeeee!!!! You two would love it!

Mirrormask (2005) has a fantastic story and spooky atmosphere.

Matt Chris

28 Weeks Later (sequel of 28 Days Later)

warcrimes

man, you people have some bad taste

Dirge Girl

Fantastic Mr. Fox (2009) Directed by Wes Anderson, lovely little autumn film... ... George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Bill Murry, Jason Shwartzman, Willem Dafoe, Michael Gambon (Dumbeldore), Jarvis Cocker (Pulp).

Jacob King

Dr Sleep!!! Sequel to the Shining. Like all good sequels it keeps the tone but switches genre. Where the Shining is a taught and focused thriller narrowing down to a point Dr Sleep is a sprawling fantasy adventure about escaping that point. Feel good movie with a bucket load of horror imagery thrown over everything.

Seems like you guys are locked in now, Scream is going to win. It’s a great movie, but I have to concur with the others. For your own sake, you should record your reactions to Halloween (1978) and Friday the 13th (1980) before watching Scream! There are literal spoilers within the first 5 minutes and understanding the references will make Scream a much richer experience.

Michael Grooms

Please do Poltergeist! There is one scene I really really really wanna see Simone's reaction too.

DeAndrew Greene

3 movies that are underrated and would be great reactions: Frequency 1408 Frailty

Logan Kerlee

I'm totally down with Scream winning this poll! I just hope that we'll be able to dive into Halloween this year. Also voted for the terrifying Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

DM DC

If George and Simone haven't seen Friday the 13th yet, highly recommend seeing that before Scream, there will be some spoilers.

Jonah Bertorelli

Can you guys please check out "Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon." I don't think it will ever win a poll because it's a very unknown gem. Its from 2006 and crosses the lines between a mockumentary, horror/slasher, suspense, and a bit of comedy. It's a SUPER unique movie so I can't tease you with anything that will get you to watch it without spoiling the plot. PLEASE consider during the spooky season. throw it in as wild card or something <3

Dirge Girl

The Burbs (1989) Comedy/Horror w/ Tom Hanks?
