I swear I’m quitting my job if I miss one more steam😂 But they way bewhy popped off and he was chillin so hard like👏🏾 For me mush vs untell I was team untell. Mush song was okay for me the only part I did enjoy was the go dok it’s lonely part. But the end of the performance where he started spazzing out was nice and same I did like superbee a bit more. Lay did his thang, I instantly knew the way he came in when his performance started we was gonna get a different layone . But my main baby wonstein 👏🏾👏🏾 sorry but I could have done without zion and the other rapper. I kind of lost focus after wonstein part was over. It was nice to finally see won get in his rapping mode. Definitely suggest you watch smtm777 before 8 just because 8 was filled with controversies and considered a failed season compared to the rest. 7 was a hyped season with kid milli, ph-1, nafla, loopy, superbee, d.ark, coogie, ek, dbo and bunch of other cats 😁

i don't have a twitch account so i couldn't comment during the stream but i would NOT recommend watching signhere. i'm surprised no one mentioned it in the chat but it garnered a lot of controversy because there were a lot of talented contestants but it's extremely clear who's going to win in the first episode because all of the judges are hyping the contestant up in a way they don't with the others, and many viewers didn't really like that person's music because it's like...an acquired taste. it's just a frustrating show to watch because there are undeniably more talented people on the show but the judges were clearly dead set on signing this one person from the very beginning. so it's fun to watch for the performances as long as you aren't invested in who wins, but for me it was too cringey to sit through them pretending everyone was on equal footing and they didn't know who was going to win when they clearly knew all along

I completely agree with you. They were so many great contestant with a lot of potential and incredible singing/producing/rapping skills but the overall tone and direction of this show was clearly rigged and biased... As a musician myself, it hurt my music knowledge AND my ears to see such feedback and result for the person who won..dang I wouldn’t rewatch it even if I’m paid lmao. I enjoyed a lot of performances, if not all except, well you know who haha. I can understand that some people could enjoy it I guess but then in humble opinion, those peoples don’t have ears at all..sorry not sorry 🤷‍♀️

For me the winners where Mush, Wonstein, Lil boi and swings. I really loved Signhere and it made me discover great artists but I do prefer SMTM by far. For the best SMTM season to watch I think I agree with the others that 8 is not the best even if they were some great rappers on it.

Getting down to semi-finals always means losing someone I love. I've checked out a good bit of Wonstein stuff recently he's clearly doing great. I kind of disagree with the chat I'm no Queen wasabi fan but I don't think mirani was going to proceed regardless it just wasn't her strongest song or performance of the show and she had big competition. Also I'm totally down for watching good girl not liking one contestant isn't enough to not watch it IMO it's like saying don't watch smtm 9 if you don't like sky.
