This build is mostly about testing out the gun and how it feels to use.  The controls are explained in game, except:

Hit 9 to start the target shooting mini game.  Let me know how that feels as well, and if it needs more targets, and what your best times are.  Also, what do you think would be a good prize for winning the game?

But mostly I want some feedback on shooting, and if it feels good as is.  If you want to mess around with spell casting, it uses the original system not the drawing system right now, and its explained a bit more in the readme.

BTW, I already feel like enemies need to react more to getting shot, I feel my hit reactions in general aren't super satisfying, so that's something I plan to work on a bit.

I felt that the gun itself was a funny addition to the game =) I love how fantasy and magical things are then just to be given a revolver. I actually felt bad when I completed the platforming section, only to bust a cap in the goblins face to instant death! :P It handles wonderfully! I love the new area you have made too. Unfortunately, I felt as if the floating rocks were a little too difficult somehow for my pacing. For a while there I was moving really fast, but then wasted 5 minutes as I messed up three times. The last time was me normally jumping and missing the last rock! This is something that happens in normal Triple-A titles, though. You are doing amazing, mind-blowing work. I love this game so much and I cannot wait until you finish a fluid mode with all things in one release!

I appreciate the feedback! I tried to adjust the floating blocks to make them line up mode, but I have a lot of feedback that they just aren't working. I'll think of something to replace them with, and that kind of thing probably won't be in the game in the future levels I think.

why do I feel like you envisioned a caster gun from outlaw star here?

gun is not bad.

I'm vaguely familiar with that, I only ever saw the first episode. Truthfully I secretly love westerns.
