It been a productive week!

To start, I finished up the new animations for Meridiana's dagger attack.  I've also made some adjustments to make it more effective and fun to use.  
Since the attack needs to be close to hit, it will give her an extra push forward to make sure she hits the enemies, and the combo will end with an attack that will knock enemies down.
Since I've made that video, I've also gone back and slowed down the ends of each phase so the jiggly bits aren't so fast.


I've also finished the majority of the rig on the village girl, and she's basically ready to go.  I'll need to make adjustments as I go, but she's more or less ready, and in game.  I posted a short demo animation of her in game earlier.


I also did some bug fixing around a few movement issues, and Have started to nail down the controls based on feedback.
Some people have had a little difficulty with the spell casting stuff, so I do plan to add an easy spell casting mode, where it will bring up menus you can quickly navigate when you want to cast a spell.  This will also help when you want to use a controller.

I spent quite a bit of time trying to get the spell casting stuff to work with a controller, and I just can't get it consistent enough to be playable.  This easy mode with the menus isn't an ideal solution, but I think it will be workable!

Changed the basic attack to look a little more dynamic. I also made some adjustments to make it just feel better to do. Its still only a good option for one or two small enemies, but now it is a good option for them! https://www.patreon.com/Mithos56 (NSFW)
