This week was another good week!

First thing I did was get the knife mesh into the game, so Meridiana will finally have a consistent melee weapon.   Its not the most impressive physical weapon, but I think its appropriate for a sorceress.

I've been experimenting with the cable component in unreal engine.  Its going to be useful for a few different things, as I've made another post about one of its uses in another post.  The thing I initially wanted to use it for was traps.

I started with a tripwire.  This can be set up on its own, or hopefully in conjunction with future traps.

I was also able to finish concepting the look of the chubby village girls head.  Hair is probably the thing that takes me the longest, given the way I do it, so having that done, I can move on to getting the rest of her figure worked out.

I also started working out the "interactive" animations for the hobgoblin dude.  I'm liking this one, and am getting some good feedback for future animations.

Again, I've been trying to stream at least once a week.  You can catch me here: https://picarto.tv/Mithos56

Hope you stop by if you do see me streaming, I like to chat.  Working on a game alone does get a bit lonely!

How do you make detached head and reattach them again so that there is no visible seams after that due to normals difference created by smoothing? Was always wondering how people do this...

sometimes I actually make them all one mesh, but most of the time I try to hide the seem. For example, My heroine has a choker that hides the seem between her head and body.

Steady progress as usual, gotta say in particular I like the new chubby girl's appearance so far. Not in the sense that I think she'll be attractive just by how her head looks, but I find the design appealing in general. You're doing a great job making each character distinct and all of them just cartoony enough to be fun to look at while still allowing for good lewds. The green of her eyes seems a bit too bright when compared to Meridiana though, or is that just because it's an early WIP?
